Jam Pots

Jam Pots is the self-contained first floor apartment of The Barn, which is reached by an external flight of steps. With spectacular views over the Wye Valley towards Goodrich and Symonds Yat Rock, you will love having your morning coffee relaxing on the elevated decking area watching buzzards and peregrine falcons in flight. These spectacular views are also seen from the kitchen and lounge areas. There is Wifi throughout and linen and towels are included. Regretfully we are unable to accept children under the age of 12.

Lounge/Diner:

The comfortable lounge-diner has a dual aspect of valley views on one side, and a patio door with views over the orchard and paddock to the rear. Your very friendly but nosey neighbours are Bessie and Elsie, our resident sheep, who reside in the paddock. The lounge is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player and a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen:

There is a fully fitted kitchen amply equipped with washing machine, cooker, family-size fridge freezer, airfryer, microwave, toaster and a variety of utensils to cover your catering needs.

Bathroom:

The standard family-sized bathroom contains a three-piece suite with over-bath shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom:

The cosy bedroom contains a very comfortable double bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe space with hanging rails and shelving. There is a hairdryer for guest use.

Outside:

Jam Pots is accessed via a flight of steps to the side of the property, leading up to the front door.

Access to the raised deck area is from either the front door or the lounge patio door. It is a good size with garden furniture and a built in BBQ (tools for this are stored in the kitchen).

Please be aware that great views over the valley mean we are in a hilly area! The driveway isn't long but it is steep and not particularly suited to anyone who requires a mobility aid.
